HEALTHY BROWNIES with a hidden green veggie
Gluten, dairy and refined sugar free 😍 These brownies taste amazing, they are easy and fast to make and have minimally processed ingredients (you can omit chocolate if on a healing journey for now 😌) the recipe was inspired by @nutriholist I am obsessed with adding Brussels now 😍
Ingredients
✨ INGREDIENTS✨
🌱 2 cups Brussels sprouts, steamed
🌱 10 pitted, Medjool dates
🌱 1/2 cup plant- based milk
🌱 1/4 cup nut butter (i used hazelnut)
🌱 1/2 cup rolled oats, ground
🌱 1/4 cup cacao powder (less processed than cocoa)
🌱 1/2 tsp baking powder (or 1 tsp baking soda) & optionally pinch salt
Topping (optional):
1/4 cup plant milk
1/3 cup chocolate
Directions
✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Steam Brussels Sprouts until soft (10-12 min). Add to a processor with the rest of the wet ingredients and blend well. Add the 3 dry ingredients and blend to combine. Optionally stir in 1/4 cup chocolate chips. Bake at 350F for 45 min. Make the topping by adding chocolate to a warmed milk until combined on a low heat and pour over cooled off brownies then set in the fridge for 30 min. Cut and serve ☺️

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
