🌱 1 cup rolled oats
🌱 1 cup cashews
🌱 1/4 cup cacao
🌱 10-11 Medjool dates, pitted
🌱 2 tbsp coconut oil
Fill:
🌱 1 cup peanut butter (aflatoxin- free)
🌱 1 cup almond milk
🌱 5-6 pitted Medjool dates
Choco Moose:
🌱 2 bananas
🌱 1 avocado
🌱 6 pitted Medjool dates
🌱 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
🌱 1/3 cup cacao

✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Combine base ingredients in the food processor until dough is formed then press onto mold. Blend filling ingredients on high and pour on top. Set in the freezer for couple hours. Blend moose ingredients and pour on top then set in the freezer for a few hours as well. Cut, defrost a bit and serve!

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
