Gluten & dairy FREE PROTEIN TWIX

These are insanely delicious and so fast to make!

Ingredients

✨ INGREDIENTS✨

Base:
🌱 2 cups almond flour
🌱 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
🌱 4 tbsp maple/ date syrup
🌱 4 tbsp coconut oil melted

Caramel:
🌱 3/4 cup runny peanut butter (use aflatoxin free)
🌱 4 tbsp maple syrup
🌱 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
Splash vanilla

Directions

✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨

🌱 Combine the base ingredients then press onto 8×8 dish. Freeze while making caramel. Pour caramel layer over and freeze for 1h. Dip in melted chocolate and set in the fridge.

    INGREDIENTS

    1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
