GF HIDDEN- VEGGIE OATMEAL SQUARES perfect to meal prep

Ingredients
✨ INGREDIENTS✨
🌱 1/2 medium sweet potato, baked & mashed
🌱 1/2 cup nut butter
🌱 1/3 cup date syrup
🌱 1/4 cup melted unrefined coconut oil
🌱 3 tbsp ground flaxseed
🌱 2 cups rolled oats
🌱 Protein powder or similar (optional) and/ or mix- ins
Directions
✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Bake sweet potato at 425F for 30 min or until soft. Mash. Combine flaxseed with 6 tbsp of water and let it sit for 5 min. Combine with the rest or the ingredients and lastly add oats and protein if using. Add your mix ins if wanted (chocolate, nuts, dried fruits). Bake at 350F for 25-30 min.
Pro tip: Shred some chocolate while still hot out of oven 🙈

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
