I’ve been making these muffins for years now and decided to finally share the recipe with you 😍

Ingredients

✨ INGREDIENTS✨

🌱 2 bananas, mashed
🌱 1 cup rolled oats, lightly ground
🌱 1/2 tsp baking powder (optional)
🌱 1/4 cup almond milk
🌱 1/4 cup maple syrup
🌱 1 big spoonful almond butter
🌱 1 tbsp ground flax seed

🌱 1 cup wild blueberries

Directions

✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨

🌱 Mix 1 tbsp ground flax seed and 2 tbsp water and let it sit for 5 minutes. Mash bananas. Add the rest of the ingredients and combine. Mix in blueberries. Divide into muffin liners. Bake at 400F for 40 min or so.

    INGREDIENTS

    1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
