GF & DF ROASTED RED PEPPER PASTA

If only I knew when I was younger that I can still eat pasta, bread and sweets and not feel like I am doing bad things to my body a lot of my emotional over- eating, regaining lost weight and misery would’ve been stopped but oh well you learn till you live 😍

Ingredients

✨ INGREDIENTS✨

🌱 1/2 cup cashews
🌱 1 small yellow onion
🌱 1 small head of garlic
🌱 2 medium roasted red peppers
🌱 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
🌱 1 tbsp tomato paste
🌱 1/4 cup almond milk+
🌱 salt, pepper to taste
🌱 1/4 tsp turmeric

Directions

✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨

🌱 Pour boiling water over cashews and let it soak for 30 min. In the meantime roughly chop onions and combine in a sheet pan with 1 garlic head (chop off the end) and seasonings of choice (i just did salt, pepper, garlic and Italian seasoning) and roast at 400F for about 30 min. Combine the rest of the ingredients (add more milk if needed), blend and pour over your fave pasta!

🌱 1 manja glavica crnog luka
🌱 1 mala glavica belog luka
🌱 2 pecene paprike crvene
🌱 2 kasike nutritivnog kvasca
🌱 1 kasika paste od paradajza
🌱 1/4 solje + bademovog mleka
🌱 so i biber po ukusu
🌱 1/4 kasicice kurkume

Priprema:

🌱 Potopiti indijski orah u toplu vodu na pola sata. Krupno iseci crni luk i peci na 200C sa glavicom belog luka (vrh odseci) oko 30ak minuta. Dodati u blender sa ostalim sastojcima i blendati. Dodati jos mleka ako je potrebno. Skuvati omiljenu pastu i pomesati sa sosom. Ostatak mozete cuvati u frizideru do 5 dana. Uzivajte!

    INGREDIENTS

    1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
