Then, I saw my girl @danishealthyeats make something similar to it and I knew it was a sign to treat my people with nut allergies 😍❤️ This spread tastes unreal- you can eat it just like that how good it is, spread on bread, pancakes, crepes etc 😊

🌱 1 1/2 cups sunflower seeds, lightly toasted
🌱 1/3 cup cacao (less processed than cocoa)
🌱 1/4 cup date syrup
🌱 1/2 cup almond milk

✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨

🌱 Lightly toast your seeds in a healthy pan for a couple minutes to release the oils and aroma. Blend. It will go to sand- like consistency and then turn into butter. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend. Add sea moss when blending is finished and stir.

    INGREDIENTS

    1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
