Ingredients

🌱 1 cup almond flour
🌱 3 tbsp cacao
🌱 3 tbsp maple syrup
🌱 2 tbsp unrefined coconut oil, melted
🌱 splash of vanilla and peppermint extract
🌱 pinch of salt
🌱 Mint chocolate
Directions
✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Combine everything in a bowl and shape into dough. Rest and/ or chill for 10 min. In between 2 parchment papers roll it out thin and form shapes u like. Bake at 350F for 15 min. Cool off then dip into melted chocolate (or mix plain chocolate and mint extract again). Set in the fridge to harden

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
