Ingredients

🌱 3 large bananas, mashed
🌱 1/4 cup coconut sugar
🌱 1/4 cup plant based milk
🌱 1/4 cup maple syrup
🌱 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
🌱 splash vanilla (optional)
🌱 2 cups roller oats, ground
🌱 2 tsp baking powder
🌱 salt & spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger)
🌱 1/3 cup chocolate chips
Directions
✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Combine the first part of ingredients and add second, mix well, pour in a lined dish, use toppings of choice and bake at 350F for 1h.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
