GF/ DF CINNAMON ROLLS without refined sugars

Ingredients
β¨ INGREDIENTSβ¨
π± 2 3/4 cups all- purpose gluten- free flour or organic all- purpose flour
π± 1/2 tsp salt
π± 1 tsp baking powder
π± 7g active rapid dry yeast (1 packet)
π± 1 cup almond milk
π± 1/4 cup dairy- free yogurt
π± 1/4 cup avocado oil
π± 2 tbsp maple syrup
Filling:
π± 1/4 cup clean dairy- free butter, grated
π± 1/3 cup coconut sugar
π± 3 tsp cinnamon
π± 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
Icing:
π± 4oz dairy- free cream cheese
π± 2 tbsp maple syrup
π± 1/2 cup date sugar
π± Almond milk to thin out
Directions
β¨ INSTRUCTIONSβ¨
π± Combine dry ingredients. Add warmed up milk and oil, maple syrup and yogurt (will help GF flour be more stretchy) and create dough. Add more flour if sticky. Rest 30 min. Roll in a square shape, add filling and roll with the help of plastic wrap. Cut with a knife or floss, rest another 20. Bake at 350F for 25-30. Combine icing ingredients and pour over warm, baked rolls
π± If you are using Gf flour sub avocado oil for 1/4 cup vegan butter, and oil plastic wrap lightly to help you roll it better.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
