Ingredients
✨ INGREDIENTS✨
🌱 2 cups frozen raspberries
🌱 2 tbsp chia seeds
🌱 1 tbsp maple syrup
🌱 3/4 cup melted chocolate
🌱 1 tsp coconut oil
Directions
✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Add raspberries, chia and maple syrup to a bowl and mash with a fork
🌱 Using a scoop scoop out bite sizes onto a parchment paper and freeze for 1h
🌱 Melt your favorite chocolate with coconut oil in a small pot
🌱 Coat the bites in your melted chocolate and return to the freezer for 30 minutes or so

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
