FLOURLESS TRUFFLES without gluten, dairy or refined sugars

Most of the time they are loaded with refined sugars, flavors, coloring, emulsifiers, additives… these trigger the same part of your brain as cocaine and alcohol. You aren’t kidding- you really are addicted!

Ingredients

✨ INGREDIENTS✨

🌱 1 cup nut butter
🌱 1/4 cup date syrup (I get mine from @dvashorganics they use “ugly dates” that never made it to the store minimizing the food waste- WAYTOHEALTH for 20% off)
🌱 1/4 cup cacao powder (less processed than cocoa)

🌱 Melted chocolate to coat

Directions

✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨

🌱 Mix nut butter and syrup. Add cacao and combine. You can optionally add a pinch of salt and/ or non- alcoholic vanilla extract. Form balls and let them set in the fridge for 15-20 min
🌱 Melt favorite clean chocolate and coat ( i get mine from the conscious bar- 2 ingredients only dates and cacao bean, with extremely low lead and cadmium level 🤯 link in my story with discount code)

    INGREDIENTS

    1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
