FLOURLESS & SWEETENER FREE DOUBLE CHOCOLATE COOKIES

Ingredients
✨ INGREDIENTS✨
🌱 1 can chickpeas (drained & rinsed)
🌱 1/2 cup nut butter (I used almond)
🌱 1 tsp aluminum- free baking powder
🌱 10 pitted Medjool dates
🌱 1/3 cup almond milk
🌱 2/3 cup dairy- free chocolate chips
🌱 3 tbsp cacao
Directions
✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Combine chickpeas, nut butter and dates in a food processor and blend. If dates are hard cover them in boiling water for 10 min then drain and proceed. Add almond milk and baking powder and pulse to combine.
🌱 Divide into 2 parts. Add 1/2 of your chocolate chips to one. Add cacao to the other part, blend then add the other 1/2 of chocolate chips. Let it set in the fridge for 15 min.
🌱 Scoop onto parchment paper and bake at 350F for 15 minutes. I took them out half- way and flattened with my measuring cup. Let it cool off

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
