Ingredients
This is the perfect ratio to get tastiest waffles that won’t seem “raw” inside! You will love these!!!
✨ INGREDIENTS✨
🌱 1 large banana
🌱 1 cup rolled oats (I love sprouted)
🌱 1 tbsp hemp seeds
🌱 1 scoop @vedgenutrition vanilla protein powder
🌱 1 1/2 cups almond milk
🌱 Optionally use chocolate chips
Directions
✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Blend everything but the chips and pour in an oiled waffle maker, add chips and press. Repeat and serve. Be patient so it doesn’t stick and keep adding a bit oil with the brush before every waffle (I used coconut)

P.S. this measure works perfectly for this protein’s scoop, if you use something different add more or less milk to get to my consistency so they don’t seem “raw” inside

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
