Ingredients
β¨ INGREDIENTSβ¨
π± 1 cup sunflower seeds
π± 3/4 cup pumpkin seeds
π± 1/4 cup ground flaxseeds
π± 1/4 cup chia seeds
π± 1/4 cup hemp seeds
π± 1/4 cup black & white sesame seeds mix
π± 1/4 cup psyllium husk flakes
π± 1 tsp salt
π± 1/4 cup tahini
π± 1 tbsp maple syrup
π± 1 big squeeze of lemon
π± 1 cup filtered water
Directions
β¨ INSTRUCTIONSβ¨
π± Combine the dry ingredients, add wet ones and pour into a 4×8β loaf pan. Bake at 375F for 50-60 min

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
