Ingredients
✨ INGREDIENTS✨
🌱 1/4 heaping cup brown lentils
🌱 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
🌱 1/2 small zucchini, grated
– spices, salt, pepper (to taste)- i used garlic powder, nutritional yeast and turmeric
Directions
✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Soak lentils in plenty water for 2h then drain. Combine flaxseed with 4 tbsp water mix and set aside for 10 min. In a food processor combine everything (lentils, flaxseed egg u made and spices) but zucchini then once combined add zucchini. Mix well then spread evenly onto a small baking tray and bake at 350F for 15 min or until slightly golden.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
