FLOURLESS & HEALTHY PROTEIN BREAD

Follow @waytohealthkitchen for more delicious recipes and healing tips 🙏🏻 This bread takes 5 minutes to put together. It’s made from nutrient- dense quinoa and a couple other ingredients. It tastes great, loaded with fiber and it’s rich in protein helping you feel more full faster.

Ingredients

✨ INGREDIENTS✨

🌱 2 cups raw quinoa
🌱 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
🌱 1/4 cup psyllium husk
🌱 1 tsp salt & baking powder each

Directions

✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨

🌱 Soak quinoa in a lot of fresh water overnight. In the morning, drain, rinse and blend in a blender without water using tamper to ease the process. Mix ground flaxseed with 1/2 cup water and let it sit for 5 min to make egg alternative. Add the rest of the ingredients, pour into baking dish and bake at 350F for 35 min or until done.

    INGREDIENTS

    1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
