FLOURLESS FERRERO CAKE no dairy, no gluten, no refined sugars- 5 ingredients only

Ingredients
✨ INGREDIENTS✨
🎂 layer 1:
🌱 1 1/4 cup almonds
🌱 1 1/4 cup hazelnuts
🌱 10 pitted, Medjool dates
🌱 2 tbsp cacao
🎂 layer 2:
🌱 1 cup hazelnut butter
🌱 1-2 bars of chocolate melted
🎂 layer 3:
🌱 1 melted chocolate (100g) and chopped hazelnuts to sprinkle on top
Directions
✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Throw everything from layer 1 in a blender or processor and blend then press onto cake mould (mine is 20 cm/ 8 in). Let it set for 30 min in the freezer
🌱 In a bowl mix hazelnut butter and melted chocolate (u can also make hazelnut butter by processing hazelnuts in a strong blender for 2 min or so). Pour onto layer 1 and let is set in the freezer for 30 min
🌱 Melt chocolate and pour over layer 2 then sprinkle some hazelnuts and let it set for a bit in the fridge

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
