FLOURLESS BREAKFAST COOKIES in 5 ingredients!

😍 Follow @waytohealthkitchen for delicious recipes and healing tips πŸ™πŸ» Breakfast never has to be boring and it makes me sad to think how many people eats the same breakfast every day because that’s kind of what society is showing us, restaurant menus are all pretty similar- bacon, eggs, waffles, pancakes and it all comes to that! We rarely question our food choices especially if that way was enforced in our upbringing. But- food is so much more! Nourishing food is so much more! I love starting my day with 10 different fruits at least a bit of each while the liver is doing it’s business and my digestion smoothie and then continuing with a second breakfast like these cookies or anything else out of 30 recipes from my recipe book 😍 Coming out December 21st πŸ™ŒπŸ» You will never have to eat same breakfast again in one month, how phenomenal is that?

Ingredients

✨ INGREDIENTS ✨

🌱 2 1/2 mashed bananas
🌱 1/4 cup cacao powder
🌱 1/4 cup maple syrup
🌱 2 cups rolled oats
🌱 1/4 cup chocolate chunks, chips, whatever is the cleanest you can find

Directions

✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨

🌱 Mash bananas in a medium- sized bowl then add cacao and maple syrup and mix. Add oats and combine well. Fold in the chocolate chips. Using a spoon scoop out batter onto parchment paper layered baking sheet and bake at 350F for 14 minutes

    INGREDIENTS

    1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
