FLOURLESS 4-ingredient CHOCOLATE CAKE without gluten, dairy & refined sugars

The first birthday in a where I feel like I am truly living! Without IBD, anemia, pain, hair falling off, without brain fog, PMS and anxiety ❤️ I hope it’s your goal to achieve this in 2023 🙏🏻❤️ I love you all so much- your support means the world to me! This cake is amazing! It takes 5 minutes prep and it’s perfectly sweet but not too sweet and made of high quality ingredients for a chocolate cake!

Ingredients

✨ INGREDIENTS✨

Layer 1:

🌱 2 1/2 cups hazelnuts (raw or roasted)
🌱 10- 11 oz chocolate (about 300g, 3 bars)- choose dairy & refined sugar free

Layer 2:

🌱 10-11 oz chocolate (about 300g, 3 bars)
🌱 1 1/2 lbs silken tofu (650g, 1 1/2 package)
🌱 1/4 cup date or maple syrup

🌱 100 g (1 bar) melted chocolate to top- optional

Directions

✨INSTRUCTIONS✨

🌱 Combine layer one ingredients in a food processor and blend for 1-2 min until creamy (do not over blend). Pour in a parchment paper lined 9” cake mould and set in the fridge for 1-2h
🌱 Blend layer 2 ingredients and pour over. Set in the fridge until hardened or in freezer until super hard if using melted chocolate for topping
🌱 If nut using melted chocolate you can sprinkle cacao nibs and/ or chopped nuts
