EASIEST DF/ GF OAT CUPS
😍 Follow @waytohealthkitchen for delicious recipes and healing tips 😍🙏🏻 These are super easy and fast to make, require minimal effort and amazing as a healthy snack, quick breakfast or taken to- go. It could even be a dessert- as it’s so versatile 😍 It’s dairy, gluten, refined sugar and oil free and super delicious! This is what you need:
Ingredients
✨ INGREDIENTS✨
🌱 2 cups rolled oats (want to know if oats have gluten? I teach about all that stuff in my educational recipe ebooks)
🌱 1 cup hazelnut butter
🌱 1/4 cup chopped nuts of choice
🌱 1/4 cup date syrup (I get mine from D’Vash- they use ugly dates that never would’ve made it to the store- contributing to less food waste! Use WAYTOHEALTH for 20% off- link on my website)
🌱 3 tbsp melted unrefined coconut oil
🌱 Topped with chia- berry jam, 1 cup melted chocolate (I use the Conscious bar chocolate made of cacao beans and dates only, use WAYTOHEALTH for 10% off- linked on my website, and sliced almonds 😍
Directions
✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix. Divide between 12 cups, top with 1tbsp jam on each cup and set for 15 min in fridge
🌱 Melt 1 cup chocolate and divide equally. Optionally top with sliced almonds and freeze for 1h

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
