DONUTS without gluten, dairy or refined sugars
I am consistently trying to show you that you can still enjoy your favorite foods without compromising your health! Unfortunately, sweets loaded with additives, colorings and flavorings can’t be a part of a healthy diet firstly because you won’t be able to consume them in moderation as the second your make- me- feel good hormones are used up you will have to get a second dose! Drugs come in many forms! Secondly, who needs inflammatory, some even cancer- causing lab- made ingredients when you can pretty much make anything you imagine from the comfort of your home, where you control the quality of ingredients❤️

Ingredients
✨ INGREDIENTS✨
🌱 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
🌱 1/4 cup maple or date syrup
🌱 1 cup almond milk
🌱 Splash of non- alcoholic vanilla
🌱 2 cups all- purpose gluten- free flour
🌱 2 tsp baking powder
🌱 1 tsp baking soda
🌱 1/2 tsp salt
🌱 1/2 cup cacao
🌱 Favorite chocolate for coating
🌱 Chopped hazelnuts/ cacao nibs for topping
Directions
✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 In a bowl mix your flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. It will be very thick but DONUT worry. Add a bit more milk if needed to get to this consistency.
🌱 Using a spoon divide between 12 donut molds and using the back of it make it settle well into a mold leaving some space for it to rise
🌱 Bake at 350F for 15-17 min. Don’t over- bake!
🌱 Melt your favorite chocolate and dip donuts in it. Sprinkle nibs or nuts if you wish and serve
