DELICIOUS QUINOA SALAD
Did you know that imbalanced gut is pretty much the root cause for everything? Creating environment where bad bacteria canβt thrive but good one will flourish is everything! Not only that but auto- immune diseases happen when you have tiny perforations in gut through which all the yucky things and bacteria will go to your blood stream. Body doesnβt recognize it and starts attacking it! Body would never attack us, our body loves us but we have to show some love back by choosing health with (almost) every bite we take π
Ingredients
π± 2 cups greens of choice (I love using protein greens) π± 1 cup cooked quinoa (you can do lentils as well or the ancient grains mix i used it is INSANELY good for you) π± Roasted veggies of choice ( I used baby carrots, 1/2 sweet potato and about 1/2 cup butternut squash lightly oiled and seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, roasted at 425F for about 30 min, flipping halfway through) π± 1/2 cup red cabbage π± Protein of choice (I made my cornflakes breaded tofu triangles) π± Dressing of choice (I used my light yogurt dressing- Greek style almond yogurt, some lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and fresh or dried dill π€€) TOO delicious not to try!

π± Tip: when choosing greens try to pick a variety! The more the merrier! INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
