Ingredients

π± 2 tbsp maple syrup
π± pinch cinnamon
π± splash vanilla or peppermint extract

π± 1/4 cup boiling water
π±1/2 cup milk of choice
π± Ice
Directions
β¨ INSTRUCTIONSβ¨
π± Add all the ingredients besides milk and ice in 1 cup and use frother to stir well
π± Froth milk in a different cup, add ice and matcha mixture and lightly stir
Recipe 2: You can also simply empty the sachets into cold or hot water and call it a day if not feeling fancy π

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
