DATE ME BARS

Follow @waytohealthkitchen for more delicious recipes and healing coaching 🎓 These bars are so sweet and perfectly chewy and crunchy! It took me few minutes to mix it all up, 30 min in freezer and that’s it 😍 Inspired by @helens_vegan_kitchen , her recipes are on 🔥🔥🔥

Ingredients

✨ INGREDIENTS✨

🌱 12 pitted Medjool dates
🌱 1/2 cup nut or seed butter
🌱 1/4 cup cacao (less processed than cocoa)
🌱 2 cups mixed nuts

Directions

✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨

🌱 Mix well dates and butter till date paste is created. Add cacao and 1 cup mixed nuts and blend. Add other cup of nuts and chop a few times. Press well onto a parchment paper lined dish. Freeze 30 min, cut and serve 😍

🌱 Of course this is a joke, I am not looking for a date. Sorry to disappoint (no one but by cousin Miles). That’s not true either- I don’t have a cousin named Miles as I am Serbian- that’s not a Serbian name. What I am not joking about is that these are amazing!
