Ingredients

✨ INGREDIENTS✨

🌱 1 pack cream cheese (I use almond milk one)
🌱 1/4 cup chives, finely chopped
🌱 1/2 cup cranberries
🌱 1/3 cup pistachios
🌱 1/4 cup cashews

Directions

✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨

🌱 Mix cream cheese and chives. Cut the rest of the ingredients finely and add some to cream cheese mixture and mix in. Roll into plastic wrap to create this shape then roll into the rest of the chopped nuts and cranberries. Serve with some crackers or bread 😍

    INGREDIENTS

    1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
