🌱 3 carrots
🌱 salt, pepper, garlic powder, turmeric, nutritional yeast (fully optional)
🌱 Bit of oil (optional)
🌱 Boil carrots for 15 minutes then blend with or without spices. Form small balls and flatten with a cup (aim for same thickness and don’t over- thin). Brush with a bit of oil (i used avocado)
🌱 Bake at 325F ventilated (conventional bake)- it will lover to 300F for 20-25 or until crispy but make sure not to burn
