CREAMY DAIRY- FREE PISTACHIO ICE CREAM

Ingredients
✨ INGREDIENTS✨
🌱 1 cup pistachios
🌱 1/4 cup cashews
🌱 1 cup almond milk
🌱 1/4 cup maple syrup
🌱 1 can coconut cream
Directions
✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Soak pistachios and cashews in boiling water for 10 min. Drain. Add to the blender and everything else, blend then freeze as ice cubes. Blend again and serve!

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
