Celebrating 300k with a flourless, nut FREE, DF, GF, 4- ingredient cake
🤯 Follow @waytohealthkitchen for more delicious recipes and healing tips 🙏🏻❤️ This cake is phenomenal for every day, great as a smash cake, healthy kid cake and amazing for people or children with so many different allergies! There is no cake that’s easier than this I promise, with the rest/ freeze time as little as 15 minutes!
🌱 5-6 bananas
🌱 1/2 cacao powder (cacao is less processed than cocoa)
🌱 4 cups rolled oats
🌱 1 1/2 bars of clean, high- quality chocolate (150g)
🌱 Mash 3 bananas very well and add cacao and mix well. Pan- fry oats for 2-3 minutes and combine with cacao- banana mixture and mix well. Divide into half. Press 1 half into a 9” cake mold.
🌱 Cut the rest 2-3 bananas or as needed to cover the first layer. Press the second half on top of the bananas. Let it rest in the freezer for 15 min.
🌱 Melt chocolate and pour on top. Optionally decorate with chopped nuts or shredded coconut or whatever you wish. You can also mix in maple or date syrup, vanilla if you want sweeter etc. I loved it like this 🙏🏻
