BREAKFAST GRANOLA HEARTS

These are a spin- off of the granola hearts I’ve made before and now tested @helens_vegan_kitchen recipe to use date paste and kill 2 birds with 1 stone- sweetener and as a binder and it worked great! Use any nuts, seeds and dried fruits you’d like- you can even copy my previous recipe and just use date paste instead of aquafaba 🙏🏻
Ingredients
✨ INGREDIENTS✨
🌱 12 pitted, Medjool dates, soaked in hot water for 30 min
🌱 1/2 cup almond butter
🌱 1 1/4 cup rolled oats
🌱 1 cup almonds (roughly chopped)
🌱 1/4 cup sesame or black sesame seeds
Directions
✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Blend dates and nut butter in a processor until paste forms. Add the rest of the ingredients until you create a sticky ball then shape as u wish. Bake at 350F for 12 min

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
