Ingredients

✨ INGREDIENTS✨

🌱 2 cups shredded coconut
🌱 1/4 cup maple syrup
🌱 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
🌱 1/4 cup coconut cream

🌱 1 cup berry chia jam (or make my recipe)
🌱 Melted clean chocolate to top- optional

Directions

✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨

🌱 Combine the 4 main ingredients and press down in a 8” x 4” loaf pan. Spread the jam on top and let it set in the fridge or freezer for 30 min. Top with melted chocolate and set for another 10 minutes. Serve.

    INGREDIENTS

    1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
