BANG BANG ROASTED CAULIFLOWER 🤤
For more delicious recipes follow @waytohealthkitchen 🙌🏻 Okay, I need something magical to happen to cauliflower to happily eat it! To me, it’s just not one of those easily enjoyed veggies! But remember- almost any vegetable can be prepared so tasty we can’t say no to it- you just gotta keep looking! If cauliflower is one of them you search is over 🤤
Ingredients
✨INGREDIENTS✨ 🌱 Cauliflower (mine was small so I was able to cut 2 “steaks” therefore the sauce is for 2 “steaks” and some extra cauliflower from the sides), if you get more “steaks” UP the measurements for the sauce 🙌🏻 ✨ SAUCE ✨ 🌱 1/4 cup tahini 🌱 1/4 cup yogurt (I use greek style coconut or almond) 🌱 1 tbsp tomato paste 🌱 2 tbsp maple syrup 🌱 1 tsp salt 🌱 1/4 tsp pepper 🌱 1 tsp garlic powder 🌱 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 🌱 squeeze of lemon
Directions
✨INSTRUCTIONS✨ 🌱 Wash your cauliflower then remove the leaves and cut the hard core at the end a bit but not too much so it provides enough support for florets to not fall apart when you cut “steaks” 🌱 Aim for about 1/2 inch of thickness when cutting into “steaks” then lay them flat onto a parchment paper on a baking tray 🌱 Combine the sauce ingredients together in a jar or a small bowl and mix 🌱 Spread the sauce onto your cauliflower with a silicone brush, turn over and spread some more 🌱 Bake at 400 for about 30-35 minutes 🙌🏻 🌱 I topped with some balsamic glaze, chopped pistachios and parsley 🤤
