Ingredients
✨ INGREDIENTS✨
🌱 3 cups almond flour
🌱 1 cup cassava flour
🌱 2 tsp baking soda
🌱 1 tsp salt
🌱 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
🌱 1/2 cup warm water
Directions
✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Combine flours, baking soda & salt in a big bowl and give it a good mix
🌱 Add apple cider vinegar and then start adding warm water slowly and use a spatula to form dough finishing with hands (I used little over 1/2 cup)
🌱 Divide into 6 parts and shape into balls, flatten them a bit and create a hole in the middle
🌱 Dip each bagel for about 1 minute into boiling water and lay onto parchment paper and bake for 10 min at 400F
🌱 Take them out and coat them with a bit of oil and sprinkle everything seasoning on top
🌱 Put it back in the oven for another 20 min or so
🌱 I used my creamy garlic high protein cream cheese with this 🤤

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
