ANTI- INFLAMMATORY TURMERIC WRAPS inspired by Indian dosa

These are super fast and easy to make and soo nutritious like it blows my mind it can be so simple and so amazing 😍 great for savory filling, so many wonderful combinations you can do yet packed with nutrients and complete protein that quinoa is 🙌🏻
Ingredients
✨ INGREDIENTS✨
🌱 1 cup uncooked quinoa
🌱 2 cups water
🌱 1 tbsp turmeric
🌱 pinch of pepper
🌱 I added salt, garlic powder & Italian seasoning but this is optional
Directions
✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Combine quinoa and water in a blender and rest 30 min- 1 h
🌱 Add turmeric & pepper and whatever else you choose to add and blend
🌱 Scoop out about 2/3 cup of the batter into a non- stick pan warmed up to medium/ high heat (depending on the pan u might want to grease with a bit coconut oil)
🌱 Each side takes about few minutes 🙌🏻
Chef’s Comments
Tips:
1. The pan needs to be non- stick. I recommend against teflon, aluminum, PFOA coating or those that contain lead & cadmium. I have the one with ceramic coating.
2. Make sure your pan is heated before pouring
3. These will not stick unless u don’t have non- stick pan or haven’t followed instructions

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
