🌱 2 oranges, peeled
🌱 250g (9-10 oz) turmeric, washed
🌱 250g (9-10 oz) ginger, washed
🌱 pinch of pepper (increases curcumin’s bioavailability by 2000%)
Directions
✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱Combine everything in a juicer and juice. Add pepper. Pour into ice cubes tray and freeze overnight. Enjoy each cube with some hot water and get this amazing anti- inflammatory drink instantly 🙏🏻

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
