ANTI- FLU SALAD with creamy orange dressing

Ingredients
✨ INGREDIENTS✨
🌱 3 kale leaves, stems removed, chopped, massaged in a bit of olive oil
🌱 1 cup cooked ancient grains mix (or quinoa)
🌱 1 red bell pepper
🌱 1 yellow bell pepper
🌱 1 large carrot, peeled and diced
🌱 1 cup cabbage
🌱 1 cup red cabbage
🌱 1 cup cooked, shelled, organic edamame
🌱 1/3 cup cranberries
🥗 Dressing:
🌱 1/2 cup cashews
🌱 1/2 orange, juiced
🌱 1/3 cup purified water
🌱 1/2 tsp turmeric
🌱 pinch of pepper
🌱 salt to taste
🌱 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
Directions
✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Cook your grains and edamame according to package instructions. Combine the salad ingredients. Blend all the dressing ingredients and pour over.
