🌱 2 cups purple cabbage, shredded
🌱 2 cups regular cabbage, shredded
🌱 1 large carrot, shredded
🌱 1/2 large beet, shredded
🌱 Optionally you can use 1 apple as well
🌱 1/2 lemon, juiced
🌱 EVOO & salt

🌱 Combine all of the ingredients and add lemon juice, olive oil and salt to taste, mix and serve.
