Finally delicious & flourless almond pulp cookies you can make as fast as you say cake 😍



For Milk:

🌱 1 cup almonds, soaked for at least 1h
🌱 4 cups filtered water
🌱 Optional: dates, sea salt, vanilla extract

For the cookies:

🌱 The leftover pulp
🌱 2 bananas
🌱 1 1/2 cup shredded coconut

🌱 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
🌱 1/3 cup sugar- free dried cranberries, raisins, nuts, maple syrup or whatever else you wish (optional)



🌱 Blend almonds and water and strain. Add the pulp to a bowl along with other ingredients and mix. Scoop it out onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake at 350F for 20-25 min.
