ALMOND JOY without dairy or refined sugars

Ingredients

✨ INGREDIENTS✨

🌱 2 cups shredded coconut
🌱 1/4 cup maple syrup
🌱 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
🌱 1/4 cup coconut cream

🌱 16 almonds
🌱 Melted clean chocolate to coat

Directions

✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨

🌱 Combine the 4 main ingredients and press down in a 8” x 4” loaf pan. Place 8 almonds in 2 rows. Set in the freezer for 45-60 min
🌱 Coat in melted chocolate, set in the fridge for 15 min

    INGREDIENTS

    1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
