Ingredients

🌱 14oz firm tofu, pulsated into crumbles
🌱 10oz silken tofu, blended
🌱 1 bell pepper, diced
🌱 1 small red onion, finely chopped
🌱 2 cups spinach, finely chopped
🌱 1/2 cup sun- dried tomatoes, finely chopped
🌱 1/4 cup chickpea flour
🌱 Spices (salt, pepper, garlic, turmeric…)

✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Sauté onion and peppers then add to a bowl with hard tofu that was pulsated until crumbled. Add rest of the ingredients and spices of choice then bake at 350F for 50 min. Let it cool off fully before slicing.
