750k HIGH PROTEIN DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CAKE

Ingredients

✨ INGREDIENTS✨

Wet:

🌱 8 oz clean chocolate, melted
🌱 3/4 cup yogurt (I used almond Greek style)
🌱 1/2 cup aquafaba (drain 1 can chickpeas)
🌱 1/4 cup ground flaxseed (or 4 eggs)

Dry:

🌱 2 cups cooked quinoa
🌱 1 cup sugar (I used date sugar)
🌱 1/3 cup flour (I used ground oats from Bob’s)
🌱 1 tsp baking powder

Directions

✨ INSTRUCTION✨

🌱 Combine wet ingredients. Combine dry ingredients. Mix both, pour into 8” pan and bake at 350F for 50 min. Optionally coat with melted chocolate.

    INGREDIENTS

    1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
