Follow @waytohealthkitchen for more delicious recipes and healing tips 🙏🏻 I think this intro says it all, so, instead I wanted to tell you a story: When I was hospitalized due to a strong IBD attack and finally about day 6 I made it for some special CAT scan with the contrast and as I was excited to tell the nurse about the lifestyle changes I was implementing and I said: “Well I don’t eat eggs, dairy, gluten, meat, refined sugars, fish, seed oils or consume alcohol, soda or coffee”, she said “Wow, what a sad life”. She later that day offered me jello with E40 coloring and ensure- that sponsors the hospitals. This morning I had this phenomenal pizza for breakfast followed by blueberry cheesecake from yesterday (yes for breakfast), while having loads of energy, smiling and dancing with my daughter, IBD- free and I thought of her sad comment. I am not God by all means but- I do forgive her, she doesn’t know what she is talking about.
