Crust:

🌱12 pitted Medjool dates
🌱3/4 cup almonds (pinch of salt- optional)

Cream:
🌱 3 cups raw cashews (soak in boiling water for 30 min)
🌱 1/2 cup coconut cream
🌱 1 lemon, juiced
🌱 1/3 cup maple or date syrup
🌱 splash vanilla (optional)

Directions

✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨

🌱 In a food processor blend your crust ingredients to make dough and press into parchment paper lined 6” cake mold. Combine the cream ingredients in a blender and blend. Divide into 1/3 and 2/3 parts adding coloring beets (or raspberries) to the 1/3. Pour one after the other, even out and set in the freezer. Decorate and set.

    INGREDIENTS

    1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
