Ingredients

🌱 1 medium carrot
🌱 1 potato
🌱 1/2 yellow onion
🌱 1 small garlic head
🌱 1/2 parsnip
🌱 1 small cauliflower
🌱 Oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
🌱 1 cup cashews
🌱 2 cups liquid (water and/ or plant milk)
🌱 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
🌱 1/2 lemon juiced
🌱 spices of choice
Directions
✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Roast veggies laid on non- bleached parchment paper for 35 min or so at 425F. Transfer to a blender and add the rest of ingredients then blend. Add as much liquid as needed to make it nice and smooth.
🌱 Cook your fave gf pasta, mix and enjoy 😍

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
