Celebration can still consist of eating the foods that love us back, gathering with the loved ones, celebrating the Christ, New Year, being thankful, no matter what it is! We were just conditioned to believe it has to look or be a certain way in order to be enjoyed and successful. I am bringing to you a wonderful appetizer idea for the Holidays or pretty much any gathering you’d like this for. It’s super easy and fast to make and looks outstanding 😍
Ingredients
✨ INGREDIENTS✨
🌱 1 block of firm tofu (10oz), pressed
🌱 1 clove of garlic
🌱 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
🌱 1 tsp salt
🌱 1 tsp Italian seasoning
🌱 1 lemon juiced
🌱 2 tbsp olive oil
🌱 1/2 cup chopped pecans
🌱 2 green onions, finely chopped
🌱 1/3 cup dairy- free, clean mozzarella
🌱 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
🌱 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
🌱 1 whole pomegranate
Directions
✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Combine everything from tofu to olive oil in a blender or processor and blend. Transfer to a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Using a spatula combine and form a ball. Add pomegranate seeds all around. Place in the fridge for 1 hour to set. Serve with your favorite GF and plant- based crackers ❤️
