🌱 2 zucchinis, grated
🌱 2 tbsp cassava flour
🌱 2 tbsp my Brazil nut parmesan (or one of your choice)
🌱 1/4 cup aquafaba (whisked well into foam with a mixer)- works as an egg

Directions
✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Combine everything in a bowl, divide roughly into 4 equal parts, spoon onto parchment paper, spread around and bake at 375F for 25 min. Flip onto another parchment paper and carefully peel the first paper and bake for another 10-12 min or until crispy. If you end up using real egg make sure they don’t burn as it will bake faster.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
