Ingredients
✨ INGREDIENTS✨
🌱1 cup coconut cream or yogurt (I used Greek- style almond)
🌱1/3 cup almond butter
🌱1/4 cup maple syrup
🌱1/2 cup chopped up pistachios
🌱 1/2 cup chocolate, melted & some almond milk (optional)
Directions
✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Combine the 4 ingredients in a bowl, mix then divide into 6 similar- size parts. Flatten a bit and add an ice cream stick into each. Freeze for 2 hours.
🌱 Melt your fave clean chocolate and mix in some almond milk if you want it little thinner & creamier then dip each ice cream in. I added a but more chopped pistachios on top. Set until chocolate is ready.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
