✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Soak dates in warm water for 5-10 min then chop up so they are sticky, mix in the nuts and add melted chocolate. Scoop out 6 clusters and sprinkle chopped pistachios or salt on top. Leave in freezer for 15 min then fridge for another 15 min

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
