Ingredients
✨ INGREDIENTS✨
🌱 1/2 cup Medjool dates
🌱 2 cups rolled oats
🌱 1/2 cup coconut + more for rolling
🌱 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
🌱 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries (or 1 cup of either if only 1 flavor is made)
Directions
✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Soak dates in boiling water for 10-15 minutes and drain. Transfer to a food processor and add oats and coconut then blend.
🌱 Divide into 2 equal amounts, add different berries to each and continue blending
🌱 Form balls and dip into more coconut

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
