Ingredients

✨ INGREDIENTS✨

🌱 200 g clean chocolate (2 bars)- melted***
🌱 10 Medjool dates- pitted
🌱 1/2 cup plant- based milk

🌱 Optionally use another 100 g of chocolate melted on top or make my chocolate coating if you wish- it will be really sweet fyi ☺️***

Directions

✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨

🌱 Combine everything in a processor or blender and blend! Pour onto really small dish or on parchment paper and let it set in the fridge for an hour or so 😍 That’s it!

NOTES:

*** Clean chocolate in my eyes has organic cacao and cacao butter and either sweetened with unrefined coconut sugar or dates or even unsweetened (I was able to find this in Europe)
*** My chocolate coating is optional:
🌱 2 tbsp maple or date syrup
🌱 2 tbsp cacao
🌱 2 tbsp coconut oil (or nut butter and add some plant milk to thin)

    INGREDIENTS

    1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
